Group Organization

Quilvest SA is the holding company of Quilvest Group, listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange since 1938. Quilvest Group is structured around two major businesses namely Quilvest Wealth Management and Quilvest Private Equity. F. Michel Abouchalache is the CEO of both Quilvest SA and Quilvest Private Equity. Marc Hoffmann is the CEO of Quilvest Wealth Management. Jean-Benoit Lachaise is Secretary General and Group Controller at Quilvest SA. He also heads the Group’s headquarters based in Luxembourg.
